Approximate cost for treatment is show below, but treatment plans are customized per person and may vary given what is needed.  

Initial Medication Evaluation (60 minutes): $500

Therapy/Preparation/Integration Sessions: (50 minutes) $250

Medical Preparation Session (30 minutes): $200

2 Hour In- Person Ketamine Session: $800

Treatment planning/Medication Follow up: $200 (required monthly for those with ketamine prescriptions)

Administrative work (forms, paperwork, additional invoice requests): $50 per item

Payment accepted: Cash or Credit Card. Payments are due before or on date of service. If payments are more than 30 days late, we will charge your card on file plus a $250 late fee charge.
