How long is the detox?

The detox that I use is really three weeks long, with the four week starting the reintroduction of some potentially inflammatory foods. It takes the body this long to get rid of any antibodies that may have formed to the potentially inflammatory foods that will be removed. You can choose to continue past the three weeks, as the detox is actually a very healthy way to eat and should be used as a guideline for how to eat on a regular basis.
